You are invited to attend the ongoing “Get MORE! Workshops” on the first and third Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 8pm. (See below for meeting location).
Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, Jane Saylor helps you Get More! out of your every day life.
You will learn how to get MORE! improved communication with yourself and your peers. You will build stronger relationships with those you love. You will begin to create plans for yourself to get MORE! out of life.
You will discover just how powerful your mind is and begin filling your ‘mental toolbox’ with strategies which will assist you in your everyday life.
Statistics show when you are part of a group you are more apt to attain your goals. Each session you will find yourself recharged and ready to face your challenges in a whole new way.
This is your opportunity to focus on what’s right in your life.
YOU MUST COME WITH AN OPEN MIND AND THE DESIRE TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE… and a notebook : )
The cost of this group is up to you. At the end of each session you will be asked to make monetary donation depending on your financial situation and the value you received during the meeting.

4 Steps to Getting What You Want
1) Be willing to be different.
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.” ~ Rita Mae Brown
Many want life to be different but are unwilling to alter thier perceptions or beliefs. What are you willing to change about yourself in order for tomorrow to be different?
2) Start now.
“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” ~ Anne Frank
Decide right now to be different. You don’t have to wait another moment. Take a moment to recall everything you ahve to be grateful for. Then, write them down so you don’t forget.
3) Be kind.
“No Act of Kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” ~ Aesop
Do just one good deed for another. A random act of kindness. Do it just because. Do it just because you want tomorrow to be different…. Then tomorrow, do another good deed. : )
4) Know what you want.
“Nobody knows what you want except you. And nobody will be as sorry as you if you don’t get it. Wanting some other way to live is proof enough of deserving it.” ~ Lillian Hellman
Make a list. Make a vision board. Dream. Desire. Shift your thinking. Do whatever it takes to stop doing what you are presently doing.

It is time to apply CONTINUOUS EFFORT toward attaining your TRUE POTENTIAL…
To the right is a list of the elements within each of our lives which are necessary to feel fullfilled and balanced on a daily basis. Click on each page where you feel you would like to improve. You will be drawn to the areas of the highest importance to YOU. Then apply CONTINUOUS EFFORT in that area for a pre-determined amount of time before moving on to the next area you wish to improve.
